Over the years we’ve seen that many of our books dot
bookshelves in Montessori schools. The top two criteria that teachers are
looking for are the content (no talking animals, simple story lines and familiar
settings) and the illustrations (clear and bright).
Recently, teachers from a Chennai-based Montessori school
picked up some books from their favourite bookshop – the Tulika Bookstore! We
thought it might be helpful to share this list so you could build your own
Montessori library. So here it is -- mast must Montessori reads!
